The building company PROARCO S.A.C, is dedicated to the construction and sale of apartments they have a residential project called “Los Jazmines”, where a home automation department will be implemented. The company requires that the automation department has a smarter system that unlike the existing ones, anticipating to the user’s preferences. In this regard, which information technology component will allow to anticipate to the user’s preferences in a domotic department from the Residential Project “Los Jazmines” from the building company PROARCO S.A.C.? To this end, we propose the development of an Ontology behavior pattern as a Web controller, the one that will allow the anticipation to the users' preferences in the domotic department 301 located in the Residential Project “Los Jazmines” from the building company PROARCO SAC, for this an ontology pattern has been developed, an analysis of the terms and taxonomy of Ontology with devices from a domotic department and behavioral pattern of people in that department according to Methontology methodology and reusing concepts of DogOnt and DogPower ontologies, definition of binary relations, attribute definition, axioms and rules of inference of a ontology according to the Methontology methodology were performed and it was developed using the Protégé software and Pellet reasoner; concluding that the use of the developed Ontology achieves the anticipation to the preferences of people in the domotic department through four inference rules.
