The automotive company SMMOT has been providing repair and maintenance services since 2007 in the town of Trujillo. This has a web management system, which manages all the modules of the company fulfilling their operational functions, but the users present difficulties in interacting with the system since it does not have a good user interface. That is why in the present work a quality model was proposed for web interface design using the techniques of usability and adaptability that allow us to maintain an adaptable and consistent interface for the user. In order to cover and solve these difficulties, I have used the responsive web techniques and ISO 9241 - 151, highlighting mainly the advantages offered by this standard and the techniques for the elaboration of the design model since its approach is oriented to the quality, Which allowed the elaboration of the model in a simple way and with great interaction facilities. In addition, a checklist was used for the evaluation of web usability according to the Sirius V3 methodology, for weighting the quality model of web interface design, combining the best in analysis, information, structure, ease, control and feedback. This tool has allowed us to make an appreciation of consistency, in which the design will be more manageable for the user. Additionally it offers a percentage result that calculates the level of usability taking into account the evaluated criteria of the model. The realization of this project aspired that SMMOT SRL optimizes the user interface design of its implemented web system and provides the necessary satisfaction to the user.
