Propuesta de plan de mejora para la gestión de la obra Conjunto Residencial Albrecht II utilizando tecnologías Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Abstract

Esta tesis tiene como propósito fundamental ayudar a mejorar la gestión operativa, tanto el tiempo como el costo que esto implica; lo cual permitirá ayudar a mejorar la situación actual de la empresa Coam Contratistas S.A.C.; ya que actualmente la entidad presenta fallas en la gestión de sus obras , debido a que un siguen trabajando con la metodología tradicional. Para ello se aplicará tecnologías BIM en la obra conjunto Residencial Albrecht II, en sus bloques A, B y C con el fin de crear un plan de mejora de la gestión que nos permita organizar y administrar dicho proyecto . La información inicial que se obtuvo inicialmente fue organizada y representada en planos 2D, los cuales influían directamente en la dificultad e incertidumbre del proyecto, creando incongruencia e incompatibilidades al momento de realizar una representación tridimensional. Se propuso la integración y uso de nuevas tecnologías de información: Revit 2015, software para el modelamiento BIM (plataforma Building Information Modeling) metrado y permitirá desarrollar cuadros comparativos, donde se contraste los beneficios de BIM y su fiabilidad como gestor de Información. El software Navisworks para la visualización del proyecto mediante la realización de un video didáctico, el cual muestra el proceso constructivo de la obra. Podemos concluir que el desarrollo de esta tesis cumplió los objetivos trazados. Ofrece una propuesta de mejora en el tiempo y costo operativo. Esto resulta que la empresa Coam Contratistas S.A.C adopte nuevas tendencias competitivas y cumpla con todas las exigencias que presenta actualmente el mercado.

This is that the company Coam Contractor S.A.C adopts new competitive trends and meets all the requirements that currently offers the market.
