Analgésicos indicados pos exodoncia por alumnos de cirugía bucal I y II de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, 2017

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar los analgésicos pos exodoncia simple y compleja indicados por los alumnos de cirugía bucal I y II De la escuela de estomatología de la universidad Privada Antenor Orrego en el año 2017 El grupo estuvo constituido de 73 alumnos a quienes se les aplico un cuestionario auto administrado. Los resultados revelan que los aines son los analgésicos de primera elección en la medicación post exodoncia simple y compleja y que no hubo ninguna diferencia en los dos grupos de cirugía bucal I y cirugía bucal II En caso de uso de la medicación pos exodoncia compleja hacen uso más de los opioides siendo el más usado tramadol 97.56 en el grupo de cirugía bucal II y 78.12 cirugía bucal I. En el caso de las combinaciones en una pos exodoncia no hubo diferencias en usar la medicación en diferente grupos de cirugía bucal I y II Se concluye que los analgésicos indicados por los alumnos en una pos exondocia simple y compleja son principalmente aines, combinaciones.los opioides es el más indicado en una exodoncia compleja en cirugía bucal II
