In this paper the analysis, diagnosis and proposing improvements in one of the processes of support Centro Vacacional Huampaní, which has a high percentage of positioning in its field to national public sector described. The process improvement aims to optimize them in terms of increased production, reduced costs, improved quality and customer satisfaction. This improvement must be continuous as it seeks the overall improvement of an organization and the performance of their processes. In the analysis of the most important problems of the acquisition of software, was diagnosed that there is an excessive time in reformulation of the Terms of Reference -TDR also a significant increase in acquisition costs, time, location of documents and reliability thereof. For best performance of the process and the lifting of the observations found in the process in question and performing the respective analysis, a new process model, which allowed a significant improvement in related threads, improving acquisition times it was developed on a 25%, also reducing costs by an average 38%, as well as improved availability by 270% and the driveability of the process related information 133%. This will allow the proper functioning of software acquisition process, improving the level of analysis of growth and profitability that the company may have for the current fiscal year and subsequent years.
