Plan estratégico para mejorar la toma de decisiones y las actividades del Proyecto Especial Chavimochic

Abstract

La presente investigación “PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA MEJORAR LA TOMA DE DECISIONES Y LAS ACTIVIDADES DEL PROYECTO ESPECIAL CHAVIMOCHIC”, permite proporcionar una planeación formal desarrollada de manera sistemática, que delinee su crecimiento y desarrollo en forma rentable y eficiente, mediante el cumplimiento de sus objetivos y metas trazadas.

El Proyecto Especial Chavimochic se constituye en un tipo de organización no convencional, ya que típicamente todo proyecto tiene una fecha de inicio y una fecha de culminación lo cual no se da en el caso de la presente investigación ya que se trata de una obra de grandes dimensiones que no concluye con la construcción de canales de irrigación y sus diferentes sistemas técnicos, así como su puesta en funcionamiento.

Así mismo en la parte correspondiente a las conclusiones y recomendaciones se alinean directamente al objetivo general y objetivo específico planteados en la parte metodológica en el proyecto desarrollado.

The Special Project Chavimochic constitutes anun conventional type of organization, as typicallyevery project has a start date and completion date whichis absent in the case of this research because it is a work of great dimensions that does not end with the construction o firrigation canal sand various technical systems and their implementation.

Also in the part corresponding to the conclusions and recommendation sare aligned directly to the general objective and specific objective outlined in the methodology developed in the project.
