Purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship of the upper maxillary length, inferior maxillary length and facial heigth anteroinferior with skeletal class and facial biotype. The study, retrospective, cross-seectional, descriptive and observational developed in the environment oh the center Radiological Digital Dent Trujillo and include a total of 190 radiographs side cephalometric chosen at random. Spearman’s Rank correlat ion coefficient was used to determine the relationship between maxillary length, jaw length and facial height anteroinfeior with skeletal class and facial biotype. It was considered a significance level of 5 %. It was considered that there is relationship between maxillary length, jaw length and facial height anteroinferior with skeletal class so the difference was minimal to not causing a major change. Unlike the facial biotype in relation to the length maxilla, mandibular length and facial height anteroinferior being a difference quite significant.
