Currently the company AVO PERU SAC has no automation in the processes of coagulation and flocculation of wáter, presents problems in filtering systems because levels of turbidity in the output of these processes is inadequate and causes a maintenance continued to rise costs also delayed irrigation. According to data collected daily it was obtained turbidity levels were very high in the process outputs and injection rates of coagulant and flocculant were not suitable as these in the company are constant values. Such calculations was performed and it was found that turbidity levels can be enhanced if the injection rates are applied according the levels measured turbidity in real time, therefore it was found that the best solution for this case is automation coagulation and flocculation processes. In this research design automation processes coagulation and flocculation water is performed; selecting equipment and instruments according to the different scenarios presented to us in the company and also taking into account the operational needs of the system. For the location of our teams in our design instrumentation diagram (P & ID) with all the selected equipment we were performed.
