The thesis we have called “The movement of workers between companies in the same business group and its infringement in profit sharing for workers in Peru 2014““, is aimed at determining whether the creation of these business groups, stoked by the globalization and technological breakthrough, made such shifts in order to meet their business needs and market ploys outside the labor rights of their workers. In this sense, the formulation of our problem was as follows: MOVEMENT OF WORKERS BETWEEN COMPANIES SAME BUSINESS GROUP PROFITSHARING VULNERABLE WORKERS IN PERU 2014?, against which we set the following main objectives: Analyze the principle of irrevocability of rights; Describe the position of national and foreign doctrine on the identification of a business group; Analyze foreign legislation on the posting of workers in the same corporate group; Analyze legislation and case law on profit sharing for workers in Peru, among others. As for the statement of the hypothesis we have formulated the following: ““The movement of workers between companies in the same business group profit sharing violates workers in Peru 2014, to refrain from applying the Principle of No Waiver of Rights““.
