Satisfacción del familiar con el cuidado de la enfermera al paciente con traumatismo encéfalo craneano. Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación de tipo descriptiva, se realizó con la finalidad de determinar el nivel de satisfacción del familiar con el cuidado de la enfermera al paciente con traumatismo encéfalo craneano del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo. La población en estudio estuvo conformada por 60 familiares de pacientes hospitalizados. Para evaluar el nivel de satisfacción del familiar del paciente con traumatismo encéfalo craneano se utilizó un cuestionario, que tuvo como autor a Gamarra Albornez Jimmy, modificado por las autoras, validado por juicio de expertos y con la prueba piloto, la confiabilidad se determinó mediante la prueba alpha de crombach cuyo resultado, fue de 0.774. Los resultados evidencian que del 100% de familiares, el 68.3% estuvo insatisfecho y el 31.7% satisfecho. Concluyendo que el mayor porcentaje de los familiares de los pacientes con traumatismo encéfalo craneano están insatisfechos.

This descriptive research was carried out with the purpose of determining the level of satisfaction of the relative with the care of the nurse to the patient with cranial brain trauma of the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital. The study population consisted of 60 relatives of hospitalized patients.
