Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “La Evasión al pago del IGV por los conductores del mercado Hermelinda, año 2015” tiene por objetivo determinar si el desconocimiento de los obligaciones tributarias, influye en la evasión del pago del IGV, así como explicar el desconocimiento de los obligaciones tributarias en los conductores del mercado La Hermelinda, e identificar el cumplimiento del pago del IGV por parte de los comerciantes del mercado La Hermelinda de la ciudad de Trujillo, 2015.

Las técnicas utilizadas en la tesis fueron las encuestas e investigación bibliográfica, y los instrumentos empleados fueron un cuestionario con 10 ítems realizado a 80 conductores del Mercado La Hermelinda, que responden a los indicadores de la variable y fichas bibliográficas.

Los resultados de la presente investigación dan como conclusión que el desconocimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, si influye en la evasión del pago del IGV en los conductores del mercado La Hermelinda de la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2015, cada vez que omiten la presentación de su declaración jurada, lo cual queda demostrado en la encuesta realizada en donde el 53.75% no sabe que es una declaración jurada y por ende el 58.75% no realiza su declaración jurada.

The present research work entitled ““The Evasion to the payment of the IGV by the drivers of the market Hermelinda, year 2015““ aims to determine if ignorance of the tax obligations, influences the evasion of the payment of the IGV, as well as explain the ignorance of The tax obligations on drivers of the Hermelinda market, and identify compliance with the payment of the IGV by the market traders La Hermelinda of the city of Trujillo, 2015.

The techniques used in the thesis were the surveys and bibliographical research, and the instruments used were a questionnaire with 10 items carried out to 80 drivers of the La Hermelinda Market, who respond to the indicators of the variable and bibliographic tabs.

The results of the present investigation conclude that the ignorance of the tax obligations, if it influences the evasion of the payment of the IGV in the drivers of the market Hermelinda of the city of Trujillo in the year 2015, whenever they omit the presentation of Its affidavit, which is demonstrated in the survey conducted where 53.75% do not know that it is an affidavit and therefore 58.75% does not make their affidavit.
