Organizations today seek continuous improvement of the working environment in order to increase productivity without losing sight of the human resource. This is the problem that presents the OTI UCV city of Trujillo when physical growth is unplanned and affects the fulfillment of objectives, then we wonder how performance is affected by the organizational climate and how analysis its influence factors, so it is found that there is a relationship between them. The main objective of this study was to determine the incidence of organizational climate on job performance of employees of the Office of Information Technology at the University Cesar Vallejo in the district of Trujillo 2015, diagnosing the current situation from the factors identified theoretically. The research is exploratory type - descriptive, the sample was 38 employees of that area; the study is conducted in order to understand their perception of the indicators of study. We used the whole population and a survey was conducted with a total of 120 questions, related to organizational climate and job performance; as statistical techniques Cronbach's alpha and the ““r““ of Pearson for validation and reliability of the instrument used, also could rescue factors that were designed and others who are for reinforcement. It was concluded as obtained that organizational climate affects job performance positively growing, because if the first indicator reflected increases in the second. These results serve to give light to the Directorate studied as human resources area. In Chapter I, we study the background and the object of study is warranted; defining the problem and determining the assumptions and targets. Here you can know the reality of the organization that will guide the development of research. In Chapter II, referring to the theoretical framework and conceptual framework on the organizational climate and job performance, which are the mainstay of the research it is done. In Chapter III, the material used in the study, and the method that was used to demonstrate the results arises.
