This thesis has as main purpose to provide a management model of the factors that affect productivity in the construction industry by analyzing the factors that influence aspects of materials, labor, equipment, organization and machinery, as They are skilled labor, equipment in disrepair, lack of working face, quality of materials, etc., resulting in the reduction of time in the construction processes and therefore more profit for companies engaged in sector building in Trujillo. From identification of factors considered in this study a survey was applied in the works that staff responsible for carrying them as resident engineers, supervisors, engineers, workers and foremen were under construction was developed, by assessing they attached to each of the factors considered for the tool with which it was possible to determine the level of impact of factors affecting the productivity of construction companies and to analyze determined that good control and Administration of these factors will eventually have a positive impact on getting better productivity.
