The interest in addressing this research , entitled “ Adult affiliation conceived through artificial insemination heterologous in the Peruvian family law “ is the need to determine whether the state needs to regulate this legal issue that arises from an individual adult , you want to find their true biological identity , see your limited right because there is a legal vacuum on the issue of parentage in cases of artificial insemination heterologous this triggers the lack of a clear perspective on what would be the right decision from the judges , which threatening breach of fundamental rights . The identity is a human right which includes correlated rights: the right to a name, to know their own history subsidiary, the recognition of legal personality and nationality. Like all human rights, the right to identity is derived from the inherent dignity of the human being, which is why it belongs to all people without discrimination, the State being obliged to guarantee, through the execution of all the means disposal to make it effective. We believe that the importance of this research lies in the possibility of determining whether the state should legislate the legal gap on the issue of parentage in cases of adults born by artificial insemination heterologous, and although my research is directed toward the adults is because having come of age, can exercise their rights more broadly, and are fully aware of the desire to know their biological origin, assuming the consequences that would result from this decision
