With the objective to evaluate the adequate level to incorporate potato flour into the diet of chickens in process of becoming fat, it is utilized 200 chicks of the line Cobb 500 were born that same day wich put in yards of 1m 2 , 10 chicks in every yard, the experimental desing wasused in bloks completely random (DBCA) with four treatments different (0%, 10%, 20% and 30% of potato flour incorpored into the diet of the chicks) and five repetitions. Potato flour werw added in diets in different amounts respectively, in all treatments. It is evaluated gained weight, consumed food, food conversion and economic analysis. The results were analyzed throughout the variance analysis and compared averages by the Tukey test. While economic analysis is carried out by means of the computation of the relation cost benefit relation (CBR). The productive indexes found like average of the period of time evaluated didn't show a significant variation even with higher levels than potato flour, by concluding that the potato flour can be incorporate into the diet of the chicks until 10% because this doesn't change the productive, economic paramenters and it is obtained better results in the investigation.
