In order to evaluate prebiotics, probiotics and organic acids in the diet of laying hens on the productive performance and intestinal health, 150 laying hens of Lohmann line of 24 weeks of age, divided into 5 treatments: base diet (DB), diet with prebiotic and organic acid (DAE), diet with probiotic and organic acid (DAO) diet with organic acid (DA) diet with organic acid, prebiotic and probiotic (DAEO); grouped in cages of 6 animals, distributed through a completely randomized design and evaluated for a period of 3 months blocks. The productive performance of hens fed feed containing organic, prebiotic and probiotic acid (DAEO) showed 3.4 % higher egg production and 2.5 % higher feed intake without affecting feed conversion. The use of organic and prebiotic acid (DAE) in the diet produced eggs with lower weight and higher yolk color .No differences in the allometric growth was found, but in the gut integrity using organic and prebiotic acid (DAE) had 4.0% greater colonization of yeast over the control group (DB), thereby reinforcing and reducing the gastrointestinal tract the number of pathogenic microorganisms. The use of additives in the diet did not influence decisively in production parameters, egg quality, gut integrity and economic benefit by failing to report health challenges in raising throughout the period evaluated
