The present thesis is focused to the elaboration of an administration for the treatment of urban solid residuals (RSU) in Trujillo district that allows negotiating the generated residuals appropriately. Inside the activities that were carried out it conformed a starting point basically with the identification of the current condition of the handling of the residuals of the area in study from their generation until their final disposition, as well as of the composition of the same ones, besides the population's socioeconomic and cultural characteristics. The first step consisted on the generation study and characterization of the residuals generated in the district, with a sample of 108 housings distributed in 3 socioeconomic strata corresponding to 57,570 inhabited properties, therewith we want to know the current state of the system and to propose solutions to the problems that can arise and to reduce the environmental contamination. It was determined, the population - 2015, the production per capita (PPC) 0.612 Kg/hab/day, thirteen components, the density of 211.52 kg/m3 and the humidity of 70.16%, also, the number of unit recollected, the type and quantity of RSU that are evacuated daily in Trujillo district (199.34 tn/day), the percentage of covering of service (95% - 100%), the gathering process and the routes. This work will be good to provide half environmental solutions to improve the environment, to elevate the quality of the inhabitants' of Trujillo's City life, by means of the construction of a treatment plant, and of a controlled sanitary filler, for the location and treatment of the urban accustomed to residuals.
