In recent years, one of the most important bodies in our country, has been the subject of questioning and mistrust on the part of society; Being the Constitutional Court, the maximum interpreter of the Constitution, makes us see the need to review what is happening all this, and why is it that we as a society do not trust the judgments, or creates the suspicion that the Court Constitutional Court, is not fully complying with what the Constitution has conferred on it. Due to this, we analyze the System of Designation of Magistrates of the Constitutional Court, and the excessive political influence at the moment of the appointment of Constitutional Judges; That is to say, the deterioration of the Constitutional institutionality of the Court. In the present investigation, we took the initiative to modify the current Selective Act and determine the suitability of the Designation System by Composite Act, where the other powers of the State participate, accompanied by civil society, and obtaining a decentralized and commendable designation. Thus we also make a comparison, on the two Designation Systems showing the benefits of our initiative, as well as identifying the effectiveness that today will obtain in the measure that will be limited political influence within the maximum interpreter of the Constitution. Finally, as legal operators we will always show an emphasis on improving our legal system against possible grievances against the Constitutionality of our Rule of Law.
