Calidad del desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Jesus Maestro del distrito de Moche, 2014

Abstract

La tesis CALIDAD DEL DESEMPEÑO DOCENTE EN LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA JESÚS MAESTRO DEL DISTRITO DE MOCHE, 2014; se originó en el problema ¿Cuál es el nivel del desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Jesús Maestro, del distrito de Moche, 2014? El objetivo general planteado fue: Determinar el nivel del desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Jesús Maestro, del distrito de Moche, 2014. El tipo de investigación corresponde a la denominada investigación básica descriptiva de un solo grupo, empleando como instrumento un cuestionario y, trabajando con una población muestral de 42 docentes de la institución educativa, antes mencionada. Luego de realizar el procesamiento estadístico de los datos, se determinó que EL NIVEL DEL DESEMPEÑO DOCENTE EN LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA JESÚS MAESTRO DEL DISTRITO DE MOCHE, 2014; en un 10% corresponden al nivel sobresaliente y el otro 90% al nivel suficiente. Por lo cual, consideramos que dado los resultados, se ha determinado los niveles del desempeño docente, dándose por aceptada, en consecuencia esta investigación.

The research corresponds to the so-called basic research descriptive one group using a questionnaire as a tool and working with a sample population of 42 teachers of the abovementioned school. After performing the statistical processing of data, it was determined that the level of quality of teachers PERFORMANCE IN COLLEGE DISTRICT JESUS MASTER MOCHE, 2014; 10% for the outstanding level and the other 90% to sufficient level. Therefore, we believe that given the results, we have determined the quality levels of teaching performance, it being accepted, therefore this research.
