La regulación de la categoría de minero extractor y la reducción de los requisitos del proceso de formalización de la actividad minera informal

Abstract

El principal objetivo de éste trabajo, es el estudio de la problemática de la minería informal en el Perú, motivo por el cual hemos tocado el tema de “La regulación de la categoría de minero extractor, reducirá los requisitos del proceso de formalización de la actividad minera informal”; para ello se van a describir los fundamentos teóricos, principios mineros, revisando y analizando la normatividad vigente sobre: formalización de la minería informal y medio ambiente, para así poder fundamentar la regulación de la categoría de minero extractor.

Nuestro trabajo se enmarcó dentro de una investigación teórica-básica en donde se aplicaron técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos como el fotocopiado, fichaje, para la elaboración del marco teórico.

Para el desarrollo de ésta investigación, se ha hecho un breve comentario de la importancia que tendría, esta nueva categoría, con respecto al medio ambiente cuyas consecuencias no son significativas, en comparación de lo que actualmente se viene dando, con los pequeños mineros y mineros artesanales; también hemos elaborado un capítulo respecto a las conclusiones y recomendaciones, sobre cómo debería ser viable el proceso de formalización de los mineros informales en el Perú.

The main objective of this work is the study of the problem of informal mining in Peru, why we have touched on the subject of ““regulating the category of extractor mining, will reduce the requirements, of that process of formalizing the Informal mining activity ““for it to be described the theoretical foundations, mining principles, reviewing and analyzing the current regulations regarding: the informal mining and the environment, in order to support the regulation of mining extractor category.

Our work is framed within a theoretical and basic research where techniques and data collection instruments such as photocopying, signing, for the development of the theoretical framework applied.

For the development of this research, has made a brief comment on the importance that this new category, with respect to the environment whose consequences are insignificant compared to what actually has been going on, with small miners and miners handicrafts; We have also developed a chapter on the conclusions and recommendations on how it should be feasible the process of formalizing the informal miners in Peru.
