This study was conducted in order to prove that the organizational climate is related to the performance of teachers in Higher Technological Institutes Public Trujillo and Florence de Mora Using a correlational descriptive design and based on a sample of 58 teachers chosen ISTPs Trujillo and Florence de Mora were applied questionnaires to assess the organizational climate and teacher performance in a higher education institution, according to experts validated; these instruments have a strong reliability since in the Cronbachs alpha scores of 0.836 and 0.832 respectively were obtained. It has been found in the results of the study: the average level of organizational climate that teachers possess the ISTP Trujillo (30,65) and Florence de Mora (24,26) is Low. There is a strong positive and significant correlation between organizational climate and teacher performance, obtaining p - value = 0.579> 0.01 and p - value = 0.916> 0.01. (Table 22).
