The present research descriptive correlational, was developed with the purpose of determining the relationship between the degree of difficulty and time effective in removal of third molars in patients with maxillofacial surgery Stomatology Clinic Private University Antenor Orrego. The population 113 patients formed with ages between 18 and 35 years with patients who met the inclusion criteria. To gather information in the present study an instrument where questions about the findings associated with third molar removal will be recorded was developed. The conclusions that were reached were: there is a relationship between the degree of difficulty and time effective in removal of third molars in patients Maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatology Clinic of the University Private Antenor Orrego in 2014. The average effective surgery of lower third molar extraction in patients Maxillofacial Surgery, Stomatology Clinic of the Private University Antenor Orrego in 2014 time was 33.67 minutes with a standard deviation of 14.51 minutes.
