The present investigation was designed to determine whether the application of a workshop clown significantly improves assertiveness of students II junior career early education at Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego of the city of Trujillo, in 2013. For this purpose were intentionally selected 60 students mentioned cycle, with the control and experimental group was formed, the latter administering educational proposal consisted of a clown workshop and components of assertiveness (self assertiveness and assertiveness hetero) during 02 months. This research is quantitative type, quasiexperimental design with two intact groups, pre and post. Data collection was obtained by applying an adapted and standardized test, ADCA1. After conducting the hypothesis test a significant difference was established in the experimental group averages comprobándose the positive effect of the proposal, establishing that the application to finish clown workshop, the students in the experimental group averaged 70% in the Assertive unlike the control group with an average of 26.7% on the same level level, which were corroborated by the higher averages placing them at different levels; assertive, aggressive, passive and assertive deficit in both control and experimental groups, for which the nonparametric U-Mann Whitney test was applied, throwing a significant difference of 43.3% in the experimental group, where the workshop clown was developed, with students, contrasted to 95% confidence.
