Installation and implementation of this thesis was performed in the experimental plots UPAO Campus II, located in Barraza, Laredo; Trujillo, La Libertad, Peru with an area of 343 m2 divided into blocks. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the response of the three varieties of turnip (Brassica rapa L.) Fuku Komachi, Tokyo Just Right Cross and the infestation Macrosiphon euphorbiae (Hemíptera, Aphididae) under field conditions. The parameters studied were: germination percentage, leaf area, degree of infestation of aphids per plant and yield. Student t-test and ANOVA was used to compare these parameters among varieties. The results indicated that after 4 days after sowing, reach up to 81.4%, which is within the estimated range. On the other hand the degree of infestation of aphids reached a level 3.0, indicating> 11 aphids per plant. After an average level chemical control was obtained. Performance was obtained up to 25796 kg / ha. We conclude that the three turnip varieties: Fuku komachi, Just Right and Tokyo Cross euphorbiae have a similar response against infestation Macrosiphon susceptible.
