The present research consist analyze and propose a system of control and supervision, to ensure the necessary dosage of cyanide in the cells of irrigation during the leaching process in Minera Barrick Misquichilca S.A. For this, the study of the current state of the leaching process is performed; and by observing are identified the deficiencies that comprise the current system of control and supervision; and based on a list of collations are detailed operational data, equipment and instruments used and risks involved. After the study, is proposed an automated system of the leaching process, to proceed select the control system and monitoring the process, based on which, are selected the equipments and instruments used to design the control system and supervision. Finally are estimated the costs of implementing the monitoring and control system, which is proposed as a proposed of solution to the problem identified.
