Purpose: Demonstrate whether the use of n-butylbromide hyoscine more dipyrone is as effective as tramadol or diclofenac analgesic reindeer management of ureteral colic in adults treated at Hospital Chepén - La Libertad. Materials and methods: A prospective experimental, randomized and blinded took place Emergency service during the months of August 2013 to August 2014 was performed. 78 adult patients were included, with compatible clinical history and physical examination with ureteral colic, with mild, moderate and severe intensity and agreed to enter signed written informed consent. The patient's pain intensity determined by marking on a visual analog scale was subsequently assigned randomly to one of three drugs, the drug was administered and a new measurement of pain at 30 minutes was performed. Results: Of the 26 patients who had moderate to severe pain received as Tramal analgesic obtaining a full recovery from pain within 30 minutes about 22 patients ( 84.6 % ) , compared with 26 patients who dipirona received more hyoscine bromide and had moderate pain and severe only 13 patients (50 % ) were recovered ; also in the case of the 24 patients receiving diclofenac and who had moderate to severe pain only 03 patients ( 11.5 % ) were recovered, according to the study found that Tramal is more effective and has a high statistical significance P < 0.001 that combination of dipyrone more hyoscine bromide. Conclusions: When comparing dipyrone more hyoscine bromide versus Tramal or diclofenac alone in the analgesic treatment of renal colic was found that Tramal is more effective than other drugs.
