The present research has the overall objective to determine how the implementation of the compulsory attendance of the parties before the call for a by-court administrative labor authority influences the resolution of labor disputes in order to guarantee industrial peace in La Libertad region. Our work is framed within a basic and descriptive research in which techniques and tools for data collection and photocopying for the development of the theoretical framework and questionnaire expert as field work and the data obtained were applied were presented in graphs and tables statisticians. Among the most important results we mention that the statistical figures on reports of agreements in court meetings as a means to resolve labor disputes were a positive and very significant trend that meeting attendance guarantees mainly on reaching agreement on benefit of the parties, which is because this method provides a fast and dynamic environment. It has been demonstrated in the light of statistical reports and information obtained from the survey of experts attending the meeting court ensures a high percentage significantly the reach an agreement beneficial to the parties; therefore recommended in order to achieve and consolidate social peace that rules changes are made in the sense of considering the obligatory call to the court meeting when requested by the administrative authority of office.
