The interest in addressing this research , entitled “ Reconciliation in the protection of the family in the processes of family violence in the Judicial District of Trujillo in 2012 ,“ is the need to safeguard the unity and harmony of the family nucleus as well as the physical and psychological integrity of both parties in the process of family violence , through proper settlement hearing , the same real effects to fill the parties and their families , should be developed by a multidisciplinary team constituted by the judge , the prosecutor , psychologists, social worker and in extreme cases by medical specialists, to be discussed sensitive topics such as family, integrity and people 's life , ie rights unavailable . However conciliation hearings were developed only by the judge and the prosecutor , developing legal proceedings in which subjects observed exclusively , regardless of the health of people and true reconciliation and conciliation , thus addressing a likely new complaint family violence, because they never really solved the problem of violence. Through this investigation it was determined that the conciliation process of family violence, was properly repealed by Legislative Decree No. 1070, but not only for being unavailable rights that were addressed in conciliation hearings , but also by how those hearings were conducted , demonstrating this with the working of the various acts of reconciliation.
