The present work is focused on the study of Non-Ionizing Radiation over GSM 850 MHz band, which is required for Claro Peru S.A.C. in order to estimate radiation’s maximum levels of electromagnetic fields that could be presented inside of Trujillo’s Antenor Orrego’s Private University and also about the establishment of permissible maximum levels between the university community and the cellular antenna. On the First Chapter, it is described the current problems about a possible way to the installation of one cellular antenna inside Antenor Orrego’s Private University. Then, on the Second Chapter, it is presented the theoretical framework where it is all relevant information from the Non-Ionizing Radiation´s Study to the possible installation of the cellular antenna in GSM 850 MHz band in UPAO University. On the Third Chapter, it is described the methodological framework where there are components, instruments, procedure and analyzing and calculating methods for the Thesis’ performance. Consequently, on the Fourth Chapter, it will develop the calculation necessary in the project for the study of Non-Ionizing Radiations and the simulation of coverage in UPAO - Trujillo. After, on the Fifth Chapter, it will give the analysis of results, to corroborate if the results reach with MTC norms. Therefore, on the Sixth Chapter, conclusions and recommendations in order to corroborate the hypothesis set previously in the work. Finally, it is described the bibliography and the appendix to have a better knowledge about some points of the Thesis
