Determine whether teenage pregnancy is a risk factor for neonatal morbidity in the Belen Hospital of Trujillo. Material and Methods: Retrospective cohort study, random sampling, sample of 82 patients to group by Epidat v3.1, with a confidence level of 95%. Relative risk was calculated; confidence intervals and p values. Chi2 statistical test was used, SPSS version 20.0 was used. Results: Teen pregnancy had 29% of neonatal morbidity compared with adolescents who had pregnancies 15% of neonatal morbidities, where the value of the relative risk was 3.2, with an IC 95% (1.7-6.1) and a value of p <0.05. The presence of neonatal morbidity such as low birth weight with 8% (RR: 3.7, CI 95% = 1.1-11.8, p <0.05), low birth apgar with 7% (RR: 4.1, CI 95% = 1.09- 15.2, P <0.05) and small for gestational age with a 6% (RR: 3.7, CI 95% = 0.96- 13.8, P <0.05) was higher teen pregnancy teen pregnancy not. Conclusions: Teenage pregnancy is a risk factor for neonatal morbidity in the Bethlehem Hospital of Trujillo during the period 2010-2013
