The present thesis work entitled “Nature of the restitutive accrued wages of workers spare parts through a process of amparo and your payment in the same procedural path“, is a research that seeks to resolve the current problems of the denial of the payment of the salaries earned in a process of amparo, since litigants have to go before another judicial process to see satisfied their right. We propose a hypothesis that in a process of amparo if applicable payment of the salaries earned because these should be considered as restitutive nature. That is why using our general objective sought to determine to what extent it is possible to grant payment of the salaries accrued as a result of replenishment in the process of amparo. Based on the scientific methodology for the development of the present investigation has been obtained as a result that approves the thesis concluded that the remuneration payable derived from a process of amparo has nature and restitutive corresponds to your payment in the same procedural path.
