In this paper, communication strategies in order to assess the increase in tax property tax collection of the District Municipality of Moche was analyzed. The methodology used was a survey of 12 closed questions directed to taxpayers, to verify if they had knowledge and participated in the various strategies that performed this institution took into account the documentary analysis, which we describe in detail what strategies were applied, as well as comparative charts to compare the amounts of tax revenue before and after being applied strategies. On the other hand an interview was applied to the Head of the revenues of the municipality, where effectively made known to us who have had an increase on the level of revenues. The results of this research project the District Municipality of Moche had a favorable increase through these communication strategies as they have been effective in this entity. Finally it is proposed continuous monitoring with quarterly and semiannual evaluations targeted to determine the progress in the development of various activities, objectives and goals of the process of revenue collection in the various sectors of the district.
