This research is based on applying 4D Planning's work Bolivarian Municipal Villa Torre “CD“, because in difficulty with the project meet scheduled deadlines was presented as the engineering drawings were deficient and a large number was generated RFI. The amount of information that the draft contained and how it was organized and represented (2D Drawings) directly influenced the difficulty and uncertainty of the project, creating variability during the construction process and leading to losses during execution (delays, interference, etc.). New technologies on the market offer some tools to mitigate these problems, lowering costs (re-made work, deadlines (Lean Desing and Last Planner) and improving the quality of work. Based on these new philosophies and a new method of Technology Planning, which includes the generated 3D BIM + Lean Planning optimized (time), thus generating a simulation called PLANNING 4D Construction Process was applied. It was concluded that 4D PLANNING helps you get a better management model, this can be evidenced by several points, including the main ones are: Getting metrados automatic reporting, better visualization of the project as it allows you to visualize your project in 3D , which allows virtual preconstruction find errors at this stage, errors in the traditional system were insitu and stopped the flow of the project, and finally obtaining a video of the building process to demonstrate the construction project cycle.
