In this paper, we would like to demonstrate the deployment of Dashboards (Strategic Reports), which will be used in the business unit of egg incubation with the Poultry Santa Fe SAC Company. To achieve this goal, we will use the Oracle Business Intelligence tool. Poultry Us Santa Fe SAC, is dedicated to the production and marketing of eggs for hatching and consumption. Additionally, the company raises and breeds parent chickens, which then go on to lay the eggs for both hatching (primary objective) and consumption (unwanted). The management and senior management have created barriers to analyzing the production of chickens due to the absence of the Dashboards tool during their planning and strategizing process. Their reports only reveal information regarding their daily operations and transactions, and although they have a number of management reports, they have historically been recorded manually on spreadsheets. We have obtained a number of business indicators through interviews with management and staff members of the participating company, as well as through the apparent needs of the management. With the performance indicators, management can make better educated decisions. By clearly defining the management indicators, we can more effectively analyze and extract necessary information from the bases of transactional data. To develop the indicators, we used the Ralph Kimball methodology in conjunction with the Oracle Business Intelligence 16 tool to implement Dashboards. This enabled management to have adequate working space in which to consult the indicators against the two business intelligence tools. With this implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence and Dashboards, we eliminated the tedious and often unreliable manual data collection, which had previously characterized the strategic reports.
