This thesis aims to make the design and improvement of hydraulic works of art in the Loero-Jorge Chavez, beginning at km 7.5, district Tambopata, Madre de Dios region road, to improve the level of passability for proper access to local and regional markets, so the proper flow of agricultural products from the areas involved in the development of this study because the area currently has a deficit and no construction of works of art in the area, in addition to achieving the district, provincial inter integration and subsequent access to basic services, which is essential for the socio-economic and cultural development of these localities. The project contains the variables and indicators of a socio-economic study are General Aspects (Project name, location, Formulator and Executing Unit, Participation of the entities involved and the beneficiaries, Framework, Sectoral Policy Guidelines on Transport and communications); ID: (Diagnosis of the Current Situation, Problem Definition and Causes, Project Objective); Process and Design Guidelines (Process Design, Design Guides); Preliminary Studies :( Field Work, Study of Traffic Classification of Design, Right of Way); Soil Study: (Fieldwork, Physical Testing and Laboratory Tests); Study Canteras: (Background, Method, Field Work); Road Safety and Signaling (General, Signs in the Project, Preventive Signs, Safety Engineering); Results, Conclusions and Recommendations.
