Nivel de conocimiento sobre la clasificación de terceras molares en estudiantes de Estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego 2021-10

Abstract

Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre la clasificación de terceras molares en estudiantes de estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego 2021-10. Material y Método: Estudio observacional de corte transversal, evaluó a 120 estudiantes de estomatología mediante un cuestionario virtual que fue validado por 8 expertos con 20 preguntas cerradas obteniendo un índice de confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach de 0.828. Resultados: Se encontró que el nivel de conocimiento sobre la clasificación de terceras molares en los estudiantes de estomatología fue 65.8% insuficiente, 27.5% suficiente, 5,8% bueno y 0.8% muy bueno. Los estudiantes de 8vo obtuvieron un 64.0%, 9no 70.0% y 10mo 60.0% insuficiente. Los varones mostraron 71.4% y mujeres 63.5% insuficiente. Conclusiones: El nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes de estomatología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego sobre la clasificación de terceras molares, fue insuficiente.

To determine the level of knowledge about the classification of third molars in stomatology students at the Antenor Orrego Private University 2021-10. Material and Method: Cross-sectional observational study, evaluated 120 stomatology students through a virtual questionnaire that was validated by 8 experts with 20 closed questions, obtaining a Cronbach's alpha reliability index of 0.828. Results: It was found that the level of knowledge about the classification of third molars in stomatology students was 65.8% insufficient, 27.5% sufficient, 5.8% good and 0.8% very good. 8th grade students acquired 64.0%, 9th grade 70.0% and 10th grade 60.0% insufficient. Men showed 71.4% and women 63.5% insufficient. Conclusions: The level of knowledge of the stomatology students of the Antenor Orrego Private University about the classification of third molars was insufficient.
