The purpose of this research work was to determine the evidence of validity of the Psychosocial Risk Scale (RIPS-ROME) in the health care personnel of a Trujillo Hospital, applying a simple descriptive instrumental design, in which you participate 366 collaborators selected by probabilistic sampling. The psychological instrument was administered by virtual modality using the Google Forms application through the WhatsApp social network. The results obtained indicated that it has an adequate level of reliability with an omega of 0.95 in general, and 0.81 and 0.87 at a two dimensional level, likewise, through confirmatory factor analysis it has an RMR of less than .90; GFI and AGFI greater than .90; NFI and RFI greater than .95, having an adequate adjustment. On the other hand, all the reagents through the item-test and item-scale correlation analysis have values greater than 0.20. Based on the aforementioned, it is concluded that the instrument has good evidence of validity, being a psychological instrument recommended for its applicability in the organizational area
