This thesis aims to determine the influence of the implementation of the area of human resources on student satisfaction at Pablo Casals Private Technological Institute in 2018, using applied research through a qualitative descriptive analysis. The research was based on a pre-experimental design within a sample of 266 students (students enrolled during 2018). The tool used to collect data was based on SERVQUAL questionnaire with standardized questions, and in order to process data the SPSS software was used, in which statistical tests were required to confirm the research hypothesis. From the findings, and the discussion of research results, it can be concluded that there was a positive impact on student satisfaction after the implementation of the area of human resources, since it increased from 20% to 82%, concerning the reliability indicator it changed from 5% to 72% for the satisfied category; with reference to indicator C. Answer stands out above content category from 26% to 76%; safety indicator varied from 25% to 70% over the content category; the empathy indicator differs from 5% to 33% over the satisfied category, and finally, indicator A. Tangible assets varies from 34% to 57% over the content category.
