The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between work motivation and resilience of initial education graduates from the UPAO university who work in the district of Trujillo. This research had a quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and correlational design. The population consisted of 624 teachers who work in I.E. public and private. Likewise, the sample consisted of 80 teachers. For this research, the questionnaire was used as an instrument, a Likert scale model: Steers and Braunstein's Work Motivation Scale (EM-L) and Guerra's Teacher Resilience Scale (ER-D), for the application it was used as a technique the survey through Google forms and WhatsApp, which was applied to the 80 initial education teachers graduated from UPAO who work in the district of Trujillo, excluding teachers graduated from other universities and who are not working or are on leave. Therefore, they concluded that work motivation and resilience have a significant and positive relationship, with a value according to the Spearman correlation test of .674 where it can be seen that there is a very significant correlation (p<.01) which means is that if their work motivation is excellent, their resilience capacity will be bette
