Plan financiero y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la empresa ITAGRIF S.A.C. de Trujillo – 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo el plan financiero incide en la rentabilidad de la empresa “ITAGRIF S.A.C.” de Trujillo – 2019, por consiguiente, permitió diseñar y aplicar un plan financiero para mejorar la rentabilidad en la empresa, la cual conllevará a otorgar mayores beneficios a los accionistas, invertir en inmuebles, maquinaria y equipo con mayor tecnología, comercializar nuevos productos o brindar nuevos servicios, logrando su crecimiento como empresa y mayor posicionamiento en el mercado. El diseño de investigación utilizado fue el diseño descriptivo – correlacional. Se aplicaron encuestas, entrevistas y análisis documental como técnicas de recolección de datos. La población estuvo conformada por nueve colaboradores y cuatro estados financieros de la empresa ITAGRIF S.A.C. del distrito de Trujillo, periodo 2017 – 2018; y la muestra estuvo constituida por nueve colaboradores, el estado de situación financiera y el estado del resultado integral de la empresa ITAGRIF S.A.C. del distrito de Trujillo, periodo 2017 – 2018. Los indicadores de rentabilidad ROA y ROE, obtenidos después de la aplicación del plan financiero, fueron 8.33% y 12.99% respectivamente, evidenciándose un incremento de 0.82% y 0.02% respecto al año 2018. Se contrastó la hipótesis mediante la prueba estadística r de Pearson (r = 0.999), demostrando que el plan financiero incide en la rentabilidad de la empresa ITAGRIF S.AC. de Trujillo.

The objective of this research was to determine how a financial plan affects the profitability of the company “ITAGRIF S.A.C.“ from Trujillo - 2019, therefore, it allowed us to design and applicate a financial plan to improve profitability of the company. It also will lead to grant greater benefits to investors, invest in property, machinery and equipment with higher technology, marketing, new products or offer new services, achieving its growth as a company and great position in the market. The research design used was the descriptive-correlational design. Surveys, interviews and documentary analysis were applied as techniques in order to collect data. The population was formed by nine workers and four financial statements of the company ITAGRIF S.A.C. from the Trujillo district, period 2017 - 2018; and the sample consisted of nine workers, the statement of financial position and the statement of comprehensive income of the company ITAGRIF S.A.C. from the Trujillo district, period 2017 - 2018. After the application of the financial plan, the ROA and ROE profitability indicators were 8.33% and 12.99% respectively. It showed an increase of 0.82% and 0.02% compared to 2018. It proved the hypothesis using the Pearson r statistical test (r = 0.999), which showed that a financial plan affects the profitability of the company ITAGRIF S.AC. from Trujillo.
