Adicción a las redes sociales y ansiedad estado-rasgo en estudiantes de 4° y 5° de secundaria de una institución educativa de Trujillo

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como título Adicción a las redes sociales y ansiedad estadorasgo en estudiantes de 4° y 5° de secundaria de una Institución Educativa de Trujillo, donde tuvo propósito, establecer la relación entre la adicción a las redes sociales y la ansiedad estado-rasgo, para lo cual contó con una muestra de 150 estudiantes de cuarto y quinto de secundaria de una Institución educativa de Trujillo, la investigación fue de tipo cualitativa y de diseño correlacional, donde se aplicó los instrumentos de Adicción a las redes sociales y ansiedad, donde se halló que existe una relación alta significativa (r=0.984) donde a mayores niveles de adicción a las redes sociales, mayores son los niveles de ansiedad.

The purpose of the research was to establish the relationship between addiction to social networks and state-trait anxiety, for which it had a sample of 150 fourth and fifth year high school students from an educational institution in Trujillo, the research was of qualitative type and correlational design, where the instruments of Addiction to social networks and anxiety were applied, where it was found that there is a significant high relationship (r = 0.984) where the higher levels of addiction to social networks, the higher the levels of anxiety.
