Currently, in the field of construction, the obtaining of new improvements is not yet presented in its entirety due to the lack of a methodology, they have been achieved by reaching undesired goals and in turn causing activities that are not fulfilled from their initial planning. until its final planning. Faced with this problem, he had as a problem statement the following question: To what extent will productivity be increased in the construction of the San Ramón school, district of Chulucanas-Piura, by applying the Last Planner System? And in turn, it was confirmed and compliance with the proposed hypothesis was found through the SPS statistic in order to corroborate that the level of significance (z) is less than the degree of risk considered by the researcher, that is, less than 5% and give acceptance of the alternative hypothesis and rejection of a supposed null hypothesis. According to architecture, this school consists of 5 Blocks of Initial level, 2 Blocks of Primary level, 5 Blocks of Secondary level and among other blocks of services such as cafeteria, dressing rooms, sports platforms. The blocks evaluated with the LPS system were B01-B04-B05A-B05B, first and second level and as a sample the items of structures, architecture, electrical and sanitary are considered. I know approximately 351 subheadings were estimated, which were distributed proportionally for their preparation, that is, 159 subheadings for structures, 97 for architecture, 49 for II.EE and 46 for II. SS correspondingly, to obtain the size of the study sample, it was based on the statistical formula of the qualitative variable for a sample with a finite population, the type and method of the sample is allusive to a non-probabilistic according to the criteria of the researcher and a quota sample since the characteristics of the samples were the same as in the population. The main objective of this thesis is the application of the Last Planner in the construction of the San Ramon school. For this purpose, according to its contrasting design, it was considered a pre-experimental investigation because, based on the representative sample, an observational analysis was carried out before and after having applied the variable to be developed. According to the scope of this research, XI it is applicative, because it is in charge of developing solutions based on the object of study in order to be carried out, reducing inefficiencies and variability in the productivity of the San Ramon school, according to the contrasting technique, it is of a qualitative type because it is will deliver a final report about the percentages of compliance on those items that were made or not, and according to its source it is considered field because the data collection was done directly in the place of study. The tools of this system were necessary for its development within the construction company (Master Plan, Sectorization, Calculation of work trains per day and per sector accompanied by the dimensioning of crews, Activity Train, Intermediate Lookhead, Implementation of buffers, Plan Weekly, Analysis of restrictions, Percentage of Complied Plan, Causes of Non-Compliance, Production Report). All these elements helped us to achieve better progress, thus increasing its productivity in construction, for this reason, as a first step, a master programming was carried out with a general and real view of the project referring to the 23 weeks of execution, as a second step it was carried out a Pull Session to evaluate and eliminate possible inopportune factors that could appear at the end as well as at the beginning of its programming, as a third step, a sectorization and a compensation of meters for each block and level were carried out, as a fourth step, the calculation of the work trains and the sequential activity train, as the fifth and sixth step, a Lookhead Planning and a weekly plan were developed, accompanied by an analysis of restrictions for each week of execution, and as a last step, the PPCs were determined to measure the reliability of the planning. , the CNC, the IP and it was compared if it benefited or not the planning in the work. One of the results found when carrying out this methodology is to be able to recognize those causes for which the activities were not fulfilled according to the programming. During its execution, blocks 01, 04 and 05 were regrouped into sectors where 7 CNC were found, the which were visualized in a Pareto diagram and graphs of the 23 weeks. The CNC were caused by the logistics, subcontractor, administrative, execution, client or supervision, equipment, external. These causes have been considered the most common on site and, in turn, were determined as XII activities that require greater supervision in the project and then choose to eliminate or minimize them as appropriate. Then in its interpretation it could be said that from week 01 to week 23 there was a detailed increase in the percentage of the weekly plan fulfilled, exceeding what was projected and thus meeting the established deadlines. In addition, there were improvements in the planning and control of the work, increasing the % of reliability of the schedules and reaching 92.20% of the average PPC, which is consistent with its progress. The application of the Last Planner System managed to contribute to the increase in productivity to 17.2%, so it could be confirmed to be an effective schedule. This ensured that it achieved an average PPC of 92.2% reliability. The company Perez y Castro obtained a return of 8.11% in the execution of the games. In Reinforced Walls, the amount of S/8,768.28 is represented; in the Beams item, the amount of S/ 15,789.15 and S/ 1,787.63 in the Slabs item Likewise, it was possible to confirm the LPS methodology, employment less HH for the same sub items, being more profitable when compared with the traditional use used by several companies, in addition, the productivity index was calculated for the items of steel, formwork and concrete. Finally, an evaluation was made regarding the construction time, resulting in this methodology being convenient and effective because the work was completed in 166 calendar days, having 14 calendar days of earnings, which is equivalent to 7.77%, which confirmed that the time buffers if they helped the programming in doing it much more before the established time, thus achieving improvements in the programming.
