Parque cultural para la ciudad de Tumbes

Abstract

Parque Cultural es un proyecto que parte de la necesidad de recuperar y potenciar la cultura en la ciudad de Tumbes; hoy en día existe un déficit en cuanto a infraestructuras culturales y recreativas para el desarrollo de actividades artísticas, eventos culturales, los cuales suelen ser organizadas por los habitantes de Tumbes; con ello potenciar la industria turística y cultural a nivel del norte del Perú; dichas actividades se concentran mayormente en la Plaza de Armas Principal o algunos ambientes alquilados por la Municipalidad Provincial de Tumbes, no contando con un espacio adecuado que reúna las condiciones que se necesitan. La presente tesis busca resolver el déficit de infraestructura cultural y recreacional, mediante un equipamiento designado Parque Cultural, este estará ubicado en la ciudad de Tumbes, distrito de Tumbes, departamento de Tumbes; el cual contará con espacios que integre la educación, la cultura, el arte, promoción de la salud y deportes adecuados integrados, a la vez también con la implementación de áreas verdes para dicho equipamiento, con el objetivo de contribuir al realce de la cultura que en la actualidad ha sido olvidada en la ciudad; conjuntamente será un aporte para el desarrollo de Tumbes y el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, considerando el medio ambiente y el entorno urbano de la ciudad. El predio en el que se encuentra ubicado el proyecto contará con la zonificación requerida para proyectar, ubicándose en un punto céntrico de la ciudad y adyacente al mayor número de equipamientos educativos, facilitando el acceso a los usuarios potenciales recurrentes. El Parque Cultural buscará contribuir con el equipamiento urbano y los espacios verdes que carece la ciudad de Tumbes, por lo que se planteará el 90% de áreas libres y espacios arborizados, destinados para la recreación pasiva y activa de los ciudadanos; brindando un proyecto arquitectónico en respuesta a la problemática actual que posee en el ámbito cultural y social Tumbes, convirtiéndose en un importante aporte al turismo local y nacional.

This thesis seeks to solve the deficit of cultural and recreational infrastructure, through a facility designated Cultural Park, this will be located in the city of Tumbes, district of Tumbes, department of Tumbes; which will have spaces that integrate education, culture, art, health promotion and adequate integrated sports, as well as the implementation of green areas for said equipment, with the aim of contributing to the enhancement of the culture that at present it has been forgotten in the city; Together it will be a contribution to the development of Tumbes and the improvement of the quality of life of citizens, considering the environment and the urban environment of the city. The property in which the project is located will have the zoning required for the project, being located in a central point of the city and adjacent to the largest number of educational facilities, facilitating access to potential recurring users. The Cultural Park will seek to contribute to the urban equipment and green spaces that the city of Tumbes lacks, for which 90% of free areas and wooded spaces will be considered, destined for passive and active recreation of citizens; providing an architectural project in response to the current problems that Tumbes has in the cultural and social sphere, becoming an important contribution to local and national tourism.
