Percepción del servicio de enseñanza y su relación con el licenciamiento del programa de Farmacia Técnica del IESP “Daniel Alcides Carrión” de Lima Metropolitana

Abstract

La investigación se propuso como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la percepción que tienen los estudiantes del servicio de enseñanza con el licenciamiento MINEDU del Programa de Farmacia Técnica del IESP Daniel Alcides Carrión de Lima Metropolitana. Por ello, se estableció una metodología cuyo enfoque fue cuantitativo, de tipo básico, de diseño no experimental de alcance correlacional y de corte transversal. Además, se consideraron como población a los estudiantes del Programa de Farmacia Técnica del IESP Daniel Alcides Carrión correspondientes a los 2 ciclos cursados durante el 2020, cuya muestra fueron 185 estudiantes, puesto que fueron muestreados de manera probabilística y aleatoria. Estos estudiantes accedieron a la aplicación de dos instrumentos de investigación para medir las variables de estudio, donde la confiabilidad se halló mediante el alfa de Cronbach; mientras que la validación se realizó por expertos. Los resultados evidenciaron que la variable percepción del servicio de la enseñanza universitaria fue percibida por los estudiantes como satisfecho (75.7%) y la variable licenciamiento del programa de farmacia técnica se encontró en un nivel bueno (70.3%). Por todo ello, se concluyó que la relación que existe entre la percepción que tienen los estudiantes del servicio de enseñanza con el licenciamiento MINEDU del Programa de Farmacia Técnica del IESP Daniel Alcides Carrión de Lima Metropolitana fue positiva media (Rho de Spearman = 0.564).

The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the students' perception of the teaching service and the MINEDU licensing of the Technical Pharmacy Program at the IESP Daniel Alcides Carrión in Metropolitan Lima. Therefore, a methodology was established whose approach was quantitative, basic type, non-experimental design of correlational scope and cross-sectional. In addition, the population considered were the students of the Technical Pharmacy Program of the IESP Daniel Alcides Carrión corresponding to the 2 cycles studied during 2020, whose sample was 185 students, since they were sampled probabilistically and randomly. These students had access to the application of two research instruments to measure the study variables, where reliability was found by means of Cronbach's alpha; while validation was performed by experts. The results showed that the variable perception of the university teaching service was perceived by the students as satisfied (75.7%) and the variable licensure of the technical pharmacy program was found to be at a good level (70.3%). Therefore, it was concluded that the relationship between the students' perception of the teaching service and the MINEDU licensing of the Technical Pharmacy Program of the IESP Daniel Alcides Carrión of Metropolitan Lima was positive on average (Spearman's Rho = 0.564).
