The problem of the investigation was: In what conditions does the incompatibility of the right to freedom of religion occur in relation to the Provisions and Norms of the National Police of Peru?; This research made it possible to understand the degree of relationship iv that exists between the right to freedom of religion in relation to the Provisions and Norms of the National Police. The methodology used throughout the research was correlational, with a non-experimental quantitative design that was applied using the data collection technique, 15 police officers were surveyed, who made up the sample and their instrument to measure the two variables was the questionnaire. The SPSS software version 26.0 was used to verify the Correlation between the variables. The Spearman correlation test, presented a p-value greater than 0.05 (p = 0.577> 0.05), accepting the null hypothesis ( H0 : 0 ) of correlation, thus it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the variables Right to Religious Freedom and Provisions and Norms of the National Police of Peru, which shows the presence of incompatibility of right perceived by the respondents between the variable the Right to Religious Freedom and Dispositions and Norms of the National Police of Peru.
