The main objective of this thesis is to determine the relationship between the variables female leadership and job decision making in millennials with higher education from Trujillo - 2020. The methodology is based on a non-experimental basic study, using the descriptive design Correlationally, 377 surveys were randomly applied to millennial women between the ages of 20 and 39, who have higher education and are working, distributed proportionally according to age groups of all millennials. In data collection, a questionnaire was applied as an instrument to measure the study variables. To determine the relationship between the variables, the Rho Spearman test was used, with the value of p <0.05, according to the relationship between the variables, therefore it is significant, contrasting the formulated hypothesis, from which it is concluded that leadership female is positively related to the employment decision-making of millennials with higher education in the city of Trujillo - 2020.
