Gestión de la seguridad y salud ocupacional para disminuir los riesgos laborales en la constructora DIAGON S.R.L. Trujillo 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó con el fin de determinar cómo la gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional disminuye los riesgos laborales en la empresa constructora DIA GON S.R.L. 2020. El problema fue: ¿Cómo la gestión de la seguridad y salud ocupacional disminuye los riesgos laborales en la constructora DIA GON S.R.L. 2020? La hipótesis fue: La gestión de la seguridad y salud ocupacional disminuye significativamente los riesgos laborales en la empresa constructora DIA GON S.R.L. El diseño fue no experimental de tipo transversal – correlacional, se utilizó las técnicas del análisis documental, observación de campo, entrevista y encuesta, los instrumentos fueron la ficha de registro de datos, guía de observación, guía de entrevista y cuestionario. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por los 50 trabajadores de la Constructora Dia Gon S.R.L. El resultado es que del total de empleados pertenecientes a esta constructora el 100%, desconocen acerca de las normas ISO 40051. Se concluyó que la gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional disminuye los riesgos laborales en la empresa constructora DIA GON S.R.L. 2020.

This work was carried out in order to determine how occupational health and safety management reduces occupational risks in the construction company DIA GON S.R.L. 2020. The problem was: How does the management of occupational health and safety reduce occupational risks in the construction company DIA GON S.R.L. 2020? The hypothesis was: The management of occupational health and safety significantly reduces occupational risks in the construction company DIA GON S.R.L. The design was non-experimental of a transversal-correlational type, the techniques of documentary analysis, field observation, interview and survey were used, the instruments were the data record sheet, observation guide, interview guide and questionnaire. The population and sample consisted of the 50 workers of Constructora Dia Gon S.R.L. The result is that of the total number of employees belonging to this construction company, 100% are unaware of the ISO 40051 standards. It was concluded that occupational health and safety management reduces occupational risks in the construction company DIA GON S.R.L. 2020.
