The present research work whose objective was to describe the promotional marketing to retain customers of the restaurant A lo poor fast food and fusion Sullana, 2021. The research design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, simple correlational, we worked with a population of 500 people and a sample of 218 clients, applying the survey as a data collection technique. For the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's Alpha was used, obtaining a result of 0.917, which demonstrates excellent reliability in reference to the study variables. It was formulated as a hypothesis that promotional marketing does allow restaurant customer loyalty to the poor Fast food & fusion. The conclusions were that, advertising is at a low level, according to the data obtained, 65% of respondents believed that advertising is scarce. At the level of sales promotion, it was found that 69% of those surveyed believe that the company is at a good level. and, finally, the direct marketing dimension, it was obtained that marketing is at a low level with 75% of the respondents. When obtaining the value of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient (0.664), it was concluded that there is a moderate significant relationship between the variables promotional marketing and restaurant customer loyalty.
