Propuesta de sistema de riego tecnificado en el caserío de tres lagunas, Chugur, Provincia de Hualgayoc, Departamento de Cajamarca.

Abstract

La presente tesis elaborada por mi persona, consta de realizar la propuesta de un sistema de riego tecnificado por aspersión en el caserío de Tres Lagunas, distrito de Chugur, provincia de Hualgayoc, Departamento de Cajamarca; la cual se centrara en el mejoramiento de una mini represa ya existente el cual los pobladores han hecho de forma rustica en la quebrada Cocan, a esto se le agregara la geomembrana para evitar infiltración, a esta mini represa se le agregaran los siguientes elementos, (desarenador, aliviadero y cerco perimétrico), se diseñó las Cajas de Válvulas de Control y Limpieza en Salida (dos unidades, una caja para válvula de control de 250 mm y otra caja para válvula de control de limpieza de 400 mm), Red de Distribución en la cual se encuentra la tubería HDPE, válvulas de purga (5und) y válvulas de aire (5und), cámaras rompe presión (son 33 unidades: 03 Tipo I, 33 Tipo II), 18 cajas para válvulas de control, 130 hidrantes y los accesorios en toda la red de distribución, asimismo se diseñara la Línea Móvil de Riego en esta rubro se encuentra las mangueras de polietileno, así como también los accesorios para dicha línea móvil. Con este proyecto abasteceremos de agua para regadío de cultivos a los pobladores beneficiarios de esta propuesta, y resolvimos el problema de no contar con agua necesaria en tiempos de estiaje, logrando una eficiencia de mas del 60% del uso de este vital elemento; que para lograr todo esto nos enfocamos en realizar estudios de campo e hicimos uso de la tecnología existente que nos brindan los diferentes programas orientados a la ingeniería como Autocad, WaterCad V8i, Google Earth, Autocad Lan, etc.

The present thesis elaborated by me, consists of making the proposal of a technical sprinkler irrigation system in the village of Tres Lagunas, district of Chugur, province of Hualgayoc, Department of Cajamarca; which will focus on the improvement of an already existing mini dam which the inhabitants have made in a rustic way in the Cocan ravine, to this the geomembrane will be added to avoid infiltration, to this mini dam the following elements will be added, ( sand trap, spillway and perimeter fence), the Outlet Control and Cleaning Valve Boxes were designed (two units, one box for a 250 mm control valve and another box for a 400 mm cleaning control valve), Distribution Network in which the HDPE pipe is located, purge valves (5und) and air valves (5und), pressure-break chambers (there are 33 units: 03 Type I, 33 Type II), 18 boxes for control valves, 130 hydrants and the accessories throughout the distribution network, likewise the Mobile Irrigation Line will be designed in this category are the polyethylene hoses, as well as the accessories for said mobile line. With this project we will supply water for irrigating crops to the residents who are beneficiaries of this proposal, and we solved the problem of not having the necessary water in times of drought, achieving an efficiency of more than 60% of the use of this vital element; that to achieve all this we focused on conducting field studies and made use of existing technology provided by different engineering-oriented programs such as Autocad, WaterCad V8i, Google Earth, Autocad Lan, etc.
