The purpose of this research was to determine the service strategy to create business value in the Integrated Manufacturing Center by Robots of the Antenor Orrego Private University, Trujillo- 2020. Using an investigation with a non-experimental, transactional-descriptive design, the sample was formed by management documents, from the CIM-UPAO and by the person in charge of the center; To collect data, the techniques of the interview and documentary analysis were used; obtaining as results that the CIM-UPAO is a center with cutting-edge technology, but its use is limited to academic purposes; the center does not offer any other service for lack of directives for its use of service to third parties; The main factors that create value are: it is a differentiating asset, high-tech machinery, capacity for technological innovation, promotion of technological research, benefits in the student's academic training; Likewise, the strategy focused on the internal client is to create a center for the development of technological competencies and innovation (CEDETI), to the external client it translates into offering services for MSMEs being its services: automated assembly and welding, 3D modeling, process automation service and time improvement.
